A singer, pianist and fiddler, Rothstein offers a three-part program. First, in relation to his thesis research into the eclectic nature of Willie Nelson's music, he sings a selection of Nelson material. Next, supported by guitarist Henry Colt, Rothstein offers some traditional Appalachian fiddle tunes. The program concludes with folk songs composed by John Denver, Tom Paxton and others.
