Purposeful Work Unplugged:
Doing Well by Working Green
with Adam Kessler ’00 and Kate Dempsey
Friday, March 18,
in Commons 221
Kate is the new Maine State Director, and Adam does philanthropy work on The Nature Conservancy‘s behalf. We’ll talk with both of them about their paths to their current roles.

Interested in working in non-profits? Kate has been a busy policy person in conservation and public health, and has done economic development policy work for a couple of US congressmen. Adam has forged a fundraising and communications career through a number of agencies.

Purposeful Work Unplugged is a series of Q&As with alumni, faculty, and staff about career trajectories and traits that support meaningful work.  Come join us for an opportunity to learn more about the speakers’ work, their insight of the field, and advice they have for building a post-grad career.
