A talk by Alexandre E. Dauge-Roth, associate professor of French and francophone studies. The lecture marks his receiving Bates' 2015 Kroepsch Award for Excellence in Teaching. Dauge-Roth has done extensive work with the literature of survivors' experiences during the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. Reception with light refreshments at 4:15pm. TBA 207-786-6066.
