A Sudanese-American poet and peace activist, Mahmoud reads from her poetry and discusses her human rights work. A former refugee, Mahmoud was the 2015 World Poetry Slam Champion and is now a United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Goodwill Ambassador. She is also the founder of the peace movement One Girl Walk.
